Wow!!! What a great day out, by far the best day trail riding/green laning I've ever had. I'd been wanting to do some trail riding in Wales for ages but it kept getting put off for one reason or another. Rob and his team at RM trail riding are an awesome bunch and very very friendly and accommodating. Rob supplied a hire bike to my friend and it was excellently maintained and Rob made sure my friend was comfortable with the bike before we set off. Shaun was our main guide and his knowledge of the area was unbelievable. If you're thinking of going to Wales on a riding trip and going it alone using maps to find the local trails etc my advice would be don't, a local guide is worth their weight in gold. There is no way we would have found all the little tracks and routes without Shaun, and we would have spent half the day stopping with our heads in a map. Shaun quickly got to grips with our riding abilities and chose routes accordingly. He took us along some amazing trails with beautiful views of the local peaks. I cannot recommend RM Trail Riding enough and I can't wait for my next trip down to Wales and meeting up with everyone at RM Trail Riding again.
